The “Secret Shoppers” Have Spoken

At Pegasus Lighting, we strive for a level of excellence that our president has coined “Outstanding Customer Service That You Won’t Soon Forget.” In an age where online review sites and social media networks hold customer service departments to very high standards, it’s a tall order to be unforgettable!

However, we were recently contacted by STELLAService, an independent company that rates online stores’ customer service performances.

STELLAService’s secret shoppers engaged in over a dozen interactions with our customer service representatives through phone, email, and live chat. They essentially stress-tested our customer service department.

Of course, since our mission calls for “Outstanding Customer Service That You Won’t Soon Forget,” we were anxious to hear their conclusions and to find out whether we measured up.
