  1. Really interesting stuff. The benefits of Led lights are huge and they do not contain any mercury. I would encourage people to use them in their homes and gardens as they will reduce costs and reduce energy wastage.

    • LEDs do have many benefits; no toxic mercury being a very important one. In addition, a recent study has shown that LED lighting is as energy efficient as CFLs in the amount of energy needed to create, recycle, and provide light. It will be exciting to see all of the new LED fixtures that will come to market in the next few years.
